I had a bad water issue on Memorial weekend. My “former” plumber would not return my call, another plumber was too busy and Brownie’s came to the rescue. Within 15 minutes two plumber arrived and fixed my problem. Everyone I spoke with was pleasant and helpful!! I think Jarod must work 20 hour days. We called Brownie's when we had a backup in our main drain of our dough production facility. Water was star Jim from Sales was our first point of contact. He came out to the facility the same day to evaluate the situation and gave his suggestions on what service was needed. The next day Kyle and Jose cleaned all the drain lines and grease trap, explaining in detail the jobs they were performing. The facility is back up and running now. Everyone involved was very professional and did a great job. Highly recommend this company!

It was a surprise at closing that or home was septic. Renee was so nice, helping me to find the access hole very quickly even though I didn't know where it was. Once he dug (he said ours was quite deep) he found that the hatch had lost it ring. Without complaint he had to work extra hard to loosen the cap. He could have insisted I have it fixed, but he did not. He was willing to do the harder option and get another tool and use brute force. He explained every question I had ad new septic owner. I will ask for him next time.

After a first service by an inexperienced and poorly trained technician (Johnathan)I was hesitant in using them a second time. The second service man (George) pumped my septic tank and was outstanding. George and pointed out some additional problems that would require an additional service call by another plumber. The third plumber (Tony) spent two days repairing several problems. Tony and George were very experienced and well prepared to tackle any and all problems. Brownies (Keith) might consider having Johnathan be a helper with the more experienced service men. Overall we were extremely pleased with two of the three days of service provided by Brownies. We would quickly recommend Tony for any of your plumbing or A/C needs. George the septic pumper was great at pointing out additional problems that needed to be fixed by an experienced plumber.

I called about a leak with my kitchen sink garbage disposal. When the technician arrived, he immediately realized I needed a new disposal. Since there is a $125 service call charge, he directed me to the website to at least get a $20 coupon toward the cost. It took me a few days to purchase a new disposal and arrange a second service call, but when I did, Brownie's allowed me to apply the service call fee from the first visit. The technician, Carl, was both professional and friendly. He recognized an Air Force sticker on my truck and talked with me about his grandfather's military service as he worked. Called back and friendly staff talked me down and resolved to send another crew to understand and then finally fix the real issue. They even brought the water jet system but they said it would blow up my under slab pipes so resolved to try a more robust snake. Voila!! It worked!! Kitchen ran clear to empty septic tank.
